No prior coaching experience is necessary as we provide great hands-on, mandatory coaches training for all coaches to ensure each child in our program is learning the same techniques. 2023 Coaches Training Dates:
March 16th-Skill training
We also provide a high school volleyball player at each practice who can be your expert to help out. All we need from you is a positive and encouraging attitude with a willingness to learn. All coaches must register as volunteers through the registration link on this website and pass a background check.
If you need a reminder of the passing keys with drills to go with them and some serving keys!

You know your child best. We want to set them up for success, so select the division you feel best suits their skill level.
Our cross-over grade levels are for 4th and 7th grade. If you have a newer player to the game or a player that lacks confidence on the court, register your child to play with kids a year younger. For example, a 4th grader that's a newer player should register for the 3rd/4th-grade division versus the 4th/5th-grade division. If you have a player that has played for several years and is aggressive on the court, have them play with kids who are a year older. For example, a 4th grader that has played for several years and is aggressive on the court should be registered in the 4th/5th division versus the 3rd/4th division. Also please keep in mind that this is a recreational volleyball program. So if you feel a different division would best suit your child's needs, please e-mail us and we will work something out.
Equipment Needed:
Participants need to provide their own shorts and knee pads. Each player will receive a shirt from the league. Volleyballs will be provided for practices and games, but if you would like your own ball, we use the volley-lite weight for 3rd-8th grade. Kindy-2nd graders will each receive a colored ball. High schoolers use the official weight ball.

Practice Times & Locations:
We know life is crazy, and fitting sports into family schedules can be a challenge, especially when you don't know ahead of time when practices will be. That's why we let you select the team that fits best into your schedule. Need to sign up with a friend for carpool reasons? No problem, you select the team that works for both of you. Click here to see a list of teams for each division. Gyms and time might change but we do everything we can to keep the gym and time/day close as possible to what you sign up for. You'll find coaches' info, practice time & location, and how many spots are left on each team. That way when you go to register you'll know which team to sign up for.
If you don't see a practice day/time/location that works for your family, please e-mail us to let us know and we'll try to work to get something scheduled that works for you. We do need 8 players to fill a team.
Pre-Season Clinics
We have an optional clinic before the season starts for players to brush off their skills, as well as feel more comfortable going into the season. They'll get a chance to learn the "keys" for passing and serving and learn a few games. Coaches will be current high school or club coaches as well as rec coaches.
Clinics are $20 no need to register just show up and have fun!
March 16th-Skill training
We look forward to another great year of volleyball and hope you're a part of our program!
